OWNER BIO — JAKE FISHER
Jake Fisher, founder of Avad Roofing, brings a hands-on background rooted in real jobsite experience from a young age. He began working in construction at 14, gaining early exposure to framing and masonry, and moved into vinyl siding installation by 16. That foundation shaped his understanding of how buildings actually come together—and where they most often fail.
Since 2019, Jake has focused exclusively on roofing, building over seven years of specialized experience and now focusing primarily on commercial systems, restoration methods, and coatings. In addition to his work in roofing, he is also an active real estate investor, giving him a practical, owner-minded perspective on cost, durability, and return on investment.
Jake is a certified, factory-trained commercial roofing installer backed by a manufacturer with nearly five decades of product performance. He is known for his intolerance of careless workmanship—especially the “slap it on” mentality that overlooks critical details like flashing, drainage, and system integration. His standards are simple: do it right, pay attention to the details, and stand behind the work.
